The crisis has forced road professionals to change the way they see things, and they are getting back to basics, to what might be called the Essentials. Road equipment manufacturers are rivalling each other in the ingenuity stakes to offer sustainable solutions in a European regulatory framework, but with innovation and economy still firmly in their minds. The Roundtable aimed at defining the main elements of this trend.
