ECED holds one annual General Assembly and a Fall Meeting, hosted every year by different national members.
Its Board of Directors meets at least once a year in Brussels, or every time a Board member requests such a meeting.
Different working groups have also been put in place, which meet whenever necessary.
The daily management of the federation is in the hands of the secretariat of the Belgian federation, in order to have a permanent presence in Brussels.
